Responsibilities:
- Carry out various repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Prioritise safety and follow Health & Safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure homes are safe and well-maintained.
- Efficiently manage materials and complete repairs on the first visit.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in plumbing, carpentry, or related trades.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public.
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety practices.
- Carpentry & Plumbing qualifications are preferred but not essential.
- Valid driving licence
