Caddy Group are recruiting for a Site Manager for a start in 4 weeks time in Newbury.
The project is dismantle of a conservatory building, construction of a brick-built extension in its place traditional build plus canopy and then once we hit the school holidays will be internal refurb of all the canteen areas.
This is only a £250k project so we are looking for someone hands on.
Due to it being on a school you will need a enhanced DBS check.
SMST/SSSTS required.
Rate is negotiable.
