Guests enjoy delicious menus choosing from their 3AA Rosette fine dining or their more informal dining option, both with friendly service and high standards.

What's involved?
As the successful Sous Chef, you will support a talented Head Chef constantly striving for perfection. Previous experience required would be working to a similar 3AA Rosette or Michelin level and be comfortable with running all aspects of the kitchen operation in the absence of the Head Chef.
