We're seeking hardworking individuals to join us as General Operatives. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our assembly operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in our processes.
Responsibilities:
* Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to provided instructions.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
* Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred but not required.
* Hand tool experience.
* Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
* Strong attention to detail and quality.
* Physical stamina and capability to handle repetitive tasks

Pay Rate and Working Hours:
* 45 Hours a Week - Monday to Friday; 7am till 5pm
* Starting at £11.70 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to £14.35 per hour
