Work closely with parts, sales, and rental departments for support and collaboration.
Maintain all required logs, registrations, and licenses for vehicles and equipment.
Conduct annual employee reviews.
Participate in company events, team-building activities, and off-site training.
Operational Efficiency and Development:
Apply experience and judgment to interpret and implement senior management directives.
Drive ongoing training and retention programs for technicians.
Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency.
Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
Ensure optimal reliability and safety of company assets while controlling costs.
Provide weekly service activity updates to the VP of Product Support, including potential issues.
Advise management on recommended improvements.
Communicate job status, progress, and activity updates to sales, rental, and management.
