Role Overview
As an Early Career Teacher, you will work alongside experienced educators to deliver engaging lessons and support students' learning and development. This role offers the chance to grow your teaching skills and make a real difference in students' lives.
Key Responsibilities as an Early Career Teacher in a Primary School:
Plan and deliver stimulating lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and inclusive classroom environment.
Provide support and guidance to students, helping them achieve academic and personal growth.
Monitor students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain open communication with parents and guardians.

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a genuine passion for primary education.
