Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the diverse needs of our mixed Year 1/2 class. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum.
Providing targeted support and interventions, particularly in phonics and core subjects, to pupils who may be struggling.
Collaborating with colleagues to create inclusive learning experiences that meet the individual needs of all students.Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:
A Teaching Assistant qualification at Level 2 or above.
A genuine passion for education and a desire to support young learners.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
