OT Cyber Security Consultant | Stone (Staffordshire) | | £65,000 - £70,000 per annum| Hybrid | SC Eligibility Required
Yolk Recruitment are working with a market leader in advanced system integration within the energy sector. They're investing heavily in their Stone site & are looking for an experienced OT Cyber Security Consultant to join their Service and Support division.
If successful you will join an experienced team working across a variety of small & large scale projects to clients within the nuclear and energy sectors. This role is designed for an individual ready to be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge OT cyber security solutions across a range of sectors, with a focus on industrial automation and control systems (IACS).
They're based in Stone, Staffordshire & operate hybrid working with 1-2 days on-site per week but this can be flexible for the right candidate.
This is what you will be doing:
Architect, deploy, and oversee Cyber Security Management Systems (CSMS)
Navigate clients through compliance with regulatory standards such as the NIS Regulations.
Perform comprehensive security assessments, including health checks and gap analysis against standards
Develop and implement OT Security Policies, Procedures, Guidelines, and Work Instructions.
Support or lead in the creation and refinement of OT Security Charters and OT Security Target Operating Models
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for regulatory complianceThe experience you will bring to the team:
Recognised OT Security Certifications: Possession of at least one OT security industry certification with a strong preference for ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert.
ICS Expertise: At least 2 years minimum direct experience with critical infrastructure and ICS, including familiarity with SCADA HCI systems, PLCs, RTUs, etc.
CSMS Proficiency: Demonstrated skill in the design, implementation, or oversight of Cyber Security Management Systems aligning with ISA (phone number removed)-1 standards.
ISA/IEC 62443: Clear experience of implementing the ISA/IEC 62443 suite of standards, especially ISA-(phone number removed)-1 and ANSI/ISA-(phone number removed)-3What you will receive in return:
