Senior Building Surveyor

Calibre Search are working with a large independent Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy with a network of offices across the North now seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their main office in Hull (can be based in York or Leeds also).

They're looking for a Building Surveyor ideally with experience of structural surveys, general building surveying, party walls, dilapidation and project management skills. This position would suit someone who is MRICS qualified already or at least working towards such qualification.

The workload is varied ranging from large scale education, industrial and residential projects. As a result, they are looking for building surveyors with experience in a broad range of sectors and in return, they offer a full career plan to become the main lead of their Professional Surveying Services.

Building Surveying still represents a smaller part of the business but with their local networks they see this discipline as a large growth area of the business offering you an integral role to help develop this sector to the next level.
