We are working with a dedicated nursery in the heart of London close to Piccadilly Circus looking for a Nursery Practitioner to become part of the team.
Working in a wonderful nursery that is cosy and has individual rooms for each age range, you can expect a warm welcome. With a range of activities from woodwork to a secret garden, there is something for all the children to get stuck into so that their imaginations can run wild! You will be directly involved in providing care and support to children, including feeding, and engaging in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities. All activities are designed to support the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of the children.

Responsibilities:
Create an atmosphere of trust, security, and comfort for the children
Design and implement an innovative, age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with modern teaching methods and approaches
Establish open and effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on children's progress
Monitor and record each child’s progress and milestonesKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Minimum of a Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent (e.g., CACHE, NNEB)
Paediatric First Aid certification
Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
