Utility contractor, experts in civil engineering, require a Reinstatement Manager on a permanent basis, with a background in groundworks / civils and a strong understanding of NRSWA.
The Reinstatement Manager will oversee all reinstatement following excavation, leading the team and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all reinstatement activities
* Make sure all projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality
* Ensure all works comply with NRSWA and other regulations
* Manage and develop the team, ensuring appropriate tickets and qualifications are held
* Put in place quality control processes
* Carry out site audits and inspections
* Liaise with council, utility companies, contractors and other stakeholders to aid smooth running of schemes and address any problems
* Put together and present reports to stakeholders and management, outlining progress of reinstatement activities
Requirements:
* Experience as a Reinstatement Manager
* NRSWA Supervisor
* Knowledge of local authority regulations surrouding streetworks and the Traffic Management Act
