Day to Day:

* Property maintenance

* Inspecting and testing

* EICR's

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

* Clean DBS

* Experience within a domestic EICR role

* Customer service skills

* 18th Edition

* 2391 (Inspecting and testing)

* City and Guilds Level 2 & 3
