WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Program Service Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day managerial oversight of an 13-program Adult Family Home (AFH) Service segment. This position is responsible for supervision of three (3) Program Directors. Overall supervision of the programs, retention, training, and development. In addition to the organization and implementation of direct support, person-centered planning, advocacy, regulatory compliance, safety, financial management, and maintenance of the physical environment.
Guarantee adherence to licensing, certification, and regulatory protocols.
Schedule and conduct regular quality assurance assessments.
Supervise program staff members, encompassing performance evaluations, scheduling, and onboarding processes.
Offer comprehensive supervision and active monitoring of behavioral programming, ensuring the implementation of the least restrictive interventions, upholding dignity and individual rights, and employing effective behavioral support strategies.
Develop and maintain a dedicated staff team focusing on Individual Support Plan (ISP), Behavioral Support Plans (BSP), and Individualized Program Plan (IPP) outcomes. Oversee person served involvement in the community, home environment, person-centered planning, and the promotion of individual choice. Uphold program structure and the rights of individuals served through continual support, individual supervision, training, and frequent staff meetings.
