Responsibilities:
Perform therapeutic procedures by administering manual exercises and instructing, encouraging, and assisting patients in performing physical activities, such as non-manual exercises, ambulatory functional activities, and daily-living activities.
Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms and review their medical history and referrals from doctors or surgeons
Diagnose movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing them as they move about
Develop an individualized treatment plan
Coach patients and teach them therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition
Maintain patient records by keeping track of goals and progress while adapting treatment plans accordingly
Advise patients and their families on in-home treatment options and what to expect from the recovery process
Adhere to all HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and record keeping.
We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function and level. Final offer is determined by multiple factors, including, skillset, work experience and languages, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
The full-time range for this position is currently: $83,200 - $112,320
