Job Description
The Sixt Corporate Security Department is looking for a Vehicle Recovery Specialist to help ensure the appropriate and timely resolutions of overdue rental contracts for each customer per established guidelines. To do so, they will be using excellent data review, judgement, and customer service skills. This position will be based at the Denver International Airport.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact Overdue Customers through phone, email, and/or letters
Analyze, Enrich, and Track Data
Work with other HQ Departments and Field Operations Team on resolutions
Set up case files with external repossession companies
Review and act upon or coordinate written requests for assistance
