As a Payroll Manager for a prestigious charity, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the payroll.
Some duties include:
Be accountable for correct entering of variable pay / adjustments / special payments / deductions and all elements relating to direct pay
Line manage the HR Team Administrator and provide ongoing support and guidance, particularly in the management of the payroll input and the monthly payroll cycle
Respond to queries from employees or department managers
Support the HR team with the management of the payroll inbox
