We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our clients team in Mildenhall. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts and forging new sales and relationships whilst providing exceptional customer service.

This role offers a huge ammount of autonomy, enabling you to manage your strategy, time and diary. As a site based role where the production takes place gives real insight into the product and customer base as well as production management industry experts, however, meeting clients is ultimately how you will forge those strong connections and drive business forward.

As a Sales Manager you will be

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
Identify and close new business opportunities
Provide exceptional customer service
Analysing sales data and identify trends and opportunities
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Attend trade shows
As a Sales Manager you will have:

Previous experience sales/account management role
An understanding of sales principles and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Proactive and results-oriented
Detail-oriented and organised
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
