Building Surveyor

Looking to get your teeth stuck into some major works projects?

You'll be working with a Housing Association based in East London and have properties across London.

Your main role will be a Building Surveyor, but you will have responsibilities such as project and budget management.

You'll need good knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations and current fire safety requirements.

A car is required for this role.

Here are some of the projects they have on offer currently:

* Major cladding replacement works and fire-stopping on high- and low-rise properties

* Kitchens and bathroom programmes

* CDM Management

* Contractor management

* Latent defects

* Home Improvement

* Insurance projects, working with loss adjusters
