Delivery Driver / Warehouse Operative

We currently have an opportunity for a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Operative to join our team at our branch located in Romsey, SO51 7JF. We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic person to join our friendly team. This is a permanent full-time role working 8.30 am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

What will you be doing?

As our Delivery driver/Warehouse Operative you will be responsible for multi-drop deliveries to our customers. In addition, you may be required to support the warehouse team in assisting with incoming deliveries and outgoing order picking.

The main duties will include:

Delivering multi-drop orders to our customers using our company van
Processing and preparing orders, ready for delivery
Ensuring the van is kept roadworthy by reporting any accidents or repairs
Skills, Knowledge and Experience

 To join our team we are looking for a person who: 

Has experience of multi-drop deliveries 
Has an outgoing, positive and professional attitude 
Has good day to day planning capabilities, this will be essential for the candidate to be successful in this role 
Is able to meet deadlines and follow through on commitments 
Is conscientious with good attention to detail 
Is polite, trustworthy and reliable at all times 
Full clean UK driving licence preferred
