Teaching Assistant

Flourish Education are looking to recruit a Teaching assistant to work in a school based in Aston, working in KS2 as a general assistant to the classroom teacher. This teaching assistant would be working the hours of 8:30-3:30 Monday to Friday in a year 6 class.

This Supply Teaching Assistant role would start in September and be an ongoing full-time role. 

We are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant (TA) to work in various Primary Schools in and around West Bromwich on a day-to-day supply basis. The Teaching Assistant role (TA):

Building trusting relationships with the pupils
Ensure the safety of the children in the class
Contribute to a safe, engaging and positive learning environment
Work closely with the class teacher
Potentially conduct small group work when needed
Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant (TA) role:

Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
Good curriculum knowledge of either Early years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2).
Experience working in Nurseries or Primary Schools
A DBS on the update service or issued in the last 12 months
A minimum of 2 excellent references

Competitive Salary up to £98.41 per day depending on experience, which equates to £19,189.95 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
