Court of Protection solicitor - London

Court of Protection - NQ up to 4 years PQE - London

This practice is a prominent UK Law firm best known for it's personal injury, clinical negligence and human rights work. They have an outstanding reputation for social justice and acting on behalf of victims.

They are now looking to recruit an additional Court of Protection lawyer (solicitor or legal executive) to join a dedicated department. The role will involve working alongside a professional Deputy, supporting clients with high value compensation and damage awards. You will need to be able to deal with clients who lack mental capacity in a sensitive and professional manner. This role will be based in their London office - working on hybrid basis with at least 3 days in the office.

In order to be successful, you'll need to:
- be a qualified lawyer
- have some experience of working in court of protection, property and financial affairs
- a genuine interest in this area law
- ideally some experience of drafting and advising on Personal injury Trust deeds and Powers of Attorney
