PDI / Warranty Administrator
Location: Lutterworth
Shift Pattern: Monday–Friday, (Apply online only)
Pay Rate: £11.44 p/h
Employment Type: Ongoing work
We are looking for an organised and energetic PDI/Warranty Administrator to join our team in Lutterworth.
As our PDI/Warranty Administrator, you will assist the workshop and warranty department to ensure a profitable & efficient site that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
The Role:
* Raise job cards as required and update jobs on the system in an accurate and timely fashion.
* Review system status reports to ensure no job has missed being completed.
* Update job times for fitters for each job worked on from clock cards.
* Ensure parts used are booked out accurately to the job.
* Update internal customers regarding any extra authority required.
* Providing administrative support to the Business Support department.
* Undertake ad-hoc task as necessary to meet the business needs and for you own personal development.
* Data entry input into the company’s management system within SLA.
* Carry out customer authorisations, releasing vehicles into operations for rectification work to commence.
* Processing of any incoming customer claims, ensuring all queries are followed up and resolved within SLA.
* Be available to support other areas within the Admin Team.
What kind of person we are looking for?
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Previous administration experience advantageous.
* Good knowledge of IT Office software.
* A keen eye for detail
